Want
to be involved or need assistance? Emerald Bible
Fellowship provides resources to meet the spiritual and physical needs of our
family and community. We demonstrate our love for Jesus Christ by loving others. "Our
love for one another is a response to and a consequence of Christ’s love
for us." (John 4:19-2) Furthermore, we are told that we are to "express
God’s
love to others with our actions, not just with words." (John 3:16-18)
True to our purpose as a church, our caring for one another is a means of reaching others with the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ, because it is an essential part of our witness to the world (John 13:35).

These are weekly gatherings in homes all over town on various nights for
the purposes of growing in Christ, the Truth. Primary aspects of the groups
are study, prayer, fellowship, and connecting with other believers for friendship
and service.
It can be difficult to connect with other believers and build supportive relationships when only gathering for Sunday morning worship services. In a home group people are able to study the Bible together and discuss practical applications. They pray for each other's needs, care for one another, and are missed when they are absent. Home Fellowship Groups can also provide invaluable support during those difficult times we all face.
Becoming part of a small group will help you feel like you belong and are growing in Christ. We encourage everyone who calls EBF home to join one of these vital groups to better experience the "one another's" of the Christian life in a community of believers.
